I have questions about attaching the saddle of my Urban Arrow.

Sometimes you may have a loose fitting saddle. This may be caused by the bolts having once been over-tightened. Incorrect fastening, and especially tightening the bolt too hard, can eventually lead to a bolt breakage. Of course, we always want to avoid this.

Expert assembly with the correct tools and with the correct force as described in the user manual, and regular maintenance at an affiliated Urban Arrow dealer, are important prerequisites and essential for sustainable and high-quality use of our bikes.

This is why we work closely with our dealers to provide you with the best service. Have your dealer regularly check the position and mounting of your saddle. It is important to note that on new bikes purchased from one of our dealers, the seat post bolts, which attach the saddle to the seatpost, are properly fitted and meet all requirements.

As stated in our user manual, we recommend having a service carried out at the dealer after the first 500 kilometres and then from 1500 kilometres, then every 2500 kilometres and/or annually (whichever is earlier). Are you unsure about the mounting of your saddle? Visit your nearest dealer for an extra check. This way you can continue to enjoy carefree rides on your Urban Arrow.
