      Where can I find the frame number of my Urban Arrow bike?

       

      You can find the Urban Arrow frame numbers on different places of the bike. It depends on the model type of the Urban Arrow

      You can check:

      • Model UA1 - (DAUM motor) - Frame number is starting with NL11 followed by a few digits, located on the bottom of the seat tube above the pedals.
      • Model UA1 - DAUM motor - Frame number is starting with NL12 followed by a few digits, located on the right side, almost at the bottom of the round steer column.
      • Model UA2 - Bosch Classic & Classic+ motor - Frame number is starting with UAMM2013 or UAMM14 followed by a few digits and located on the front side of the motor housing metal bracket.
      • Model UA3 - Bosch Active, Active Plus, Performance, Performance CX and Cargo Line - Frame number is starting with UAMM15 until UAMM19 and located on the left side, almost at the bottom of the steer column, behind the battery.
      • Model UA4 - Bosch Active Plus, Performance and Cargo Line - Frame number is starting with 20 till 23 and ending with RFMM, RFGP or RFKN - Located on the leftside, almost at the bottom of the steer column, behind the battery.
