What is the seatpost clamp size / seatpost size of the Urban Arrow Family, FamilyNext and Breeze?

The seatpost clamp size for the Urban Arrow Family, FamilyNext and Breeze is 36.4 mm.
The seatpost size for these models is 31.6 mm.

Note: Not all seatposts are suitable for Urban Arrow bikes. Only Urban Arrow–approved seatposts may be used due to the specific seat tube angle and technical requirements.

Compatible components

Models 2022 and newer:

  • Seatpost (with groove): Promax SP-2052 (31.6 x 400 mm) – UA part number 380022400

  • Seatpost clamp (with locking screw): Promax 403QX (36.4 mm) – UA part number 380022700

Models 2021 and older:
The above components also fit older models, but the anti-theft function will not work without modifying the frame.

The Breeze uses the same seatpost and clamp sizes as the FamilyNext.

Note: Always have the seatpost and saddle installed by an Urban Arrow dealer. Correct installation requires the right tools and following the instructions in the product manual.
