Have you taken out a special Connected bicycle insurance? Then you can report the theft via the Urban Arrow app or by calling your insurer.

The location of your bicycle is then temporarily shared with your insurer's recovery team. They specialise in tracking stolen bicycles and will try to get your bicycle back as quickly as possible.

If this is unsuccessful, you can get a new bicycle from your insurance company after reporting the theft to the police. Did you accidentally report a theft? You can always cancel a theft report via the app.
