The kickstand of my Urban Arrow Family won't go up and/or is unstable, what can I do about this?

There are 2 cubes holding the kickstand. They are both mounted by 2 hex bolts. Loosen the 4 bolts a little bit (not to much) until the kickstand goes smooth. Also check if your kickstand blocks are not worn-out or damaged in a way that have an influence on the stability of the bike. Otherwise please visit your dealer to examine the issue.

Be aware that the stand will be at best function on a flat surface. On sand for instance, or downhill wards, the stand is less stable. You can increase the stability to park your bike a bit upside the hill.
