How do I add a new insurance in the Urban Arrow app?

When you want to add insurance to your Urban Arrow bike with Connected, you do this easily in the Urban Arrow app. You can either add insurance through the dealer (ANWB/Unigarant, Kingpolis or ENRA) or your own personal insurance (Laka) in the app. 

1. At the bottom of the menu, you will see the "Service" button. Select this button and you will automatically be taken to the next screen.

2. Under the heading insurance, you will find information about the insurance. Click on "change insurance" at the bottom of the screen. 

3. This will take you to a screen where you can choose between the various insurance companies affiliated with us. Select the insurer and save your choice. 

This way, your insurance has been added to your Urban Arrow app.
