How can I obtain an Urban Arrow Connected activation code?

You can easily add your Connected bike to the Urban Arrow app using an activation code.

You will get this activation code from your dealer when your module is installed. Keep it safe for future use (such as adding your bike again or in case of a sale).

If you miss the activation code, please visit it your dealer. They can request it via the Urban Arrow customer service.
