How can I best prevent theft of my Urban Arrow Family, FamilyNext or Breeze?

Whenever you park your bike, always take the battery and the display with you (unless you have a fixed Purion display). This makes your bike a less attractive target for thieves.

Also make sure to lock your bike with a long, certified chain lock (ART certified). Thread the lock through both the frame and the rear wheel and secure it to a large, immovable object (for example, a lamppost or a dedicated bike rack). We always recommend taking out insurance for your bike, as these models are highly sought after.

Would you like to add extra protection to your Urban Arrow bike? We recommend installing a tracker, such as the Urban Arrow Connected module (note: not available for the Urban Arrow Breeze). This module gives you access to the Urban Arrow Connected App (urbanarrow.com/nl/connected). The app shows your bike’s location and includes motion sensors—if your bike moves without your knowledge, you will immediately receive a notification.
