Do I need an active internet connection for the Urban Arrow App?

To view the current data of your Connected Urban Arrow bike in the Urban Arrow app, an internet connection via GSM or Wi-Fi is required.

Without an internet connection, you will see the last data your bicycle sent when you had an active internet connection. Furthermore, it is not possible to receive theft protection notifications or report a theft using the app. Therefore, you can always report theft by telephone to your insurer.
