Can I resell my Connected bike?

Yes, you can resell a Connected bike. When doing so, give the activation card or activation code to the buyer and remove the bicycle from your Urban Arrow account.

Please note that the roadside assistance and recovery service in the event of theft are part of your bicycle insurance which is personal and non-transferable. Should the buyer wish to use these services, a new Connected bicycle insurance must be taken out.
