Where can I insure my Urban Arrow?

Do you own an Urban Arrow cargo bike with a connectivity solution such as the Urban Arrow Connected GPS module or another tracker? Then you can insure your cargo bike at any time.

  • ANWB/Unigarant (Urban Arrow Connected partner) 
    Please note: Starting from May 1, 2025, when taking out a new ANWB Bicycle Insurance, an aftermarket track & trace system with KIWA certification will be mandatory. This tracker can be used either alongside or instead of the Urban Arrow Connected module.
  • Kingpolis
    As of May 18th, 2026, Kingpolis offers the special Urban Arrow E-zeker insurance plan. You can find all details and terms regarding this policy on the Kingpolis website. Please note: that a key requirement for the Urban Arrow E-zeker insurance is that your bike must be equipped with both the Urban Arrow Comodule tracker and the Tracefy Solo tracker as an extra add-on. When you take out this insurance policy, you will receive the Tracefy Solo tracker free of charge.
